Role

I worked closely with a front-end designer and product manager over the course of 3 months to lead the UX and visual design for product improvements.

Challenge

During my time at OpenSesame I focused on a variety of projects to help iterate on the brand, understand the current architecture of the site, ideate updated site architecture and improve on many site features.

Solution

I interviewed internal and external users to understand current product usage and desired product functionality. I made an exhaustive review of the current product and it’s connections, and created a sitemap document to help executives and engineers understand the make up of the site. I also created updated brand elements.
